Plastic Odor Detection and Analysis Instrument
    在塑料生产过程中,复合气味的检测对于产品质量控制和环境管理至关重要。传统的检测方法通常依赖于单一的检测技术,如电子鼻或气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS),存在检测灵敏度低、分析周期长、无法实时检测等问题。
    济南大华联合山东大学,历时五年,开发了此专业仪器。采用萃取方法,结合多种技术,通过气敏传感器阵列对塑料生产过程中释放的复合气味进行实时检测分析。具有取样简单、计算精确、传输便捷、使用环保等优点。
    此产品适用于高分子材料加工过程的气味跟踪检测,特别是再生塑料的品质改良及循环利用工程;环保、化工行业的在线监测,逐步对接取代人工嗅辨。

In plastic production, the detection of complex odors is critical for both product quality control and environmental management. Traditional detection methods, such as electronic noses or gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), often rely on single technologies and suffer from limitations like low sensitivity, lengthy analysis cycles, and the inability to perform real-time monitoring.
Developed over five years through a collaboration between Jinan Dahua Plastic Producing Company and professors from Shandong University, this specialized instrument employs an extraction-based approach combined with multiple advanced technologies. It utilizes a gas-sensitive sensor array to enable real-time detection and analysis of complex odors released during plastic production. The instrument offers significant advantages, including simple sampling, high-precision calculations, convenient data transmission, and eco-friendly operation.
This Instrument is ideal for odor tracking in polymer material processing, particularly in quality enhancement and recycling applications for recycled plastics. It is also well-suited for online monitoring in the environmental protection and chemical industries, where it can progressively replace manual olfactory evaluation methods.
